Registration

1. Choose a topic to write about.
2. Inform the programme coordinator about planning to write your Thesis.
3. Find a relevant supervisor and contact the supervisor (in case the student is abroad (exchange programme/internship), he/she may contact the supervisor via email).
4. IT IS NECESSARY TO BE REGISTERED UNTIL THE END OF OCTOBER 2025 – registration is made by the supervisor via InSIS. Without the registration, you cannot start your Thesis.
5. Submit your Thesis on time – you plan your submission with the supervisor as well, and you must follow the instructions from the MIFA coordinator (each academic year is different).
6. The date of your thesis submission must be May if you Graduate in June or December if you Graduate in January (the date will be provided by the MIFA coordinator).
7. The Thesis Defense is more of a scientific discussion of your work, where you will face questions – the opponent’s review will be available for you at least 3 days before the defence. Prepare a PPT presentation for the Defense of your thesis.

Submission

• The Thesis is submitted via InSIS only!
• The system automatically runs checks for plagiarism. Therefore, it is suggested to submit the thesis before the deadline, as the check takes several days!
• The student submits two copies (one in an official hard copy for the committee and one in a soft cover for the opponent).
• Both the uploaded and the submitted work MUST BE THE SAME!
