the First Year Students Matriculation Ceremony

On September 14, 2021, the matriculation ceremony of the new-coming students took place in the rector’s conference room. In the presence of the dean doc. Ing. Ladislav Mejzlík, Ph.D. and the MIFA program director the vice-dean doc. Ing. Marcela Zárybnická Žárová, CSc., the students swore to study well and represent the good name of the Prague University of Economics and Business.

It was the first ceremony after a year-long lockdown, when the students had little opportunity to visit the University. We are all very happy to start this semester in normal regime, and to meet and lead our new students towards great achievements, and help them with the pursuit of Master Degree.

We wish all the students Good luck in the academic year 2021/2022!

The Matriculation Oath

I solemnly swear to the academia of the Prague University of Economics and Business

and its Faculty of Finance and Accounting that I will use all of my skills and effort to fairly reach the highest possible level of education.

I swear that I will always act honorably and within the means of the Ethical Codex of the member of the academia

of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting and I will contribute to keeping the reputation and the good name

of the Prague University of Economics and Business.
