A new Double Degree programme with Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto

The Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Prague University of Economics and Business has established a new Double Degree program with the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto in Portugal.

On May 30, 2022, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Prague University of Economics and Business signed a Double Degree agreement with the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto in Portugal. The Double Degree agreement was created between the Finance and Accounting (MIFA) study program on the part of the Prague University of Economics and Business and the Master in Finance program on the part of the University of Porto. Both study programs will be taught in English. For MIFA students, this Double Degree programme will expand the range of courses offered in finance such as Mergers and Acquisitions and Ethics and Corporate Governance, and students from the University of Porto will benefit from courses in financial accounting and reporting, management accounting and auditing. The new Double Degree program will be open to students from the academic year 2022/2023 and its graduates will receive two degrees: “Grau de Mestre em Finanças” (Master degree) from Porto and Ing. from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
